1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Paben VPN applications, website, or infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Paben VPN is designed to provide security, privacy, and censorship resistance. You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Distribution of illegal or harmful material (e.g., child exploitation, terrorism)
• Engaging in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated botnet operations, or unauthorized hacking
• Sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages (SPAM)
• Fraudulent scams or credit card fraud

Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of the offending account without notice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan (Monthly, 1-Year, or 2-Year). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Client Dashboard. Pricing is shown in USD and equivalent BDT for local payment gateways.

4. Device Limits

Depending on your plan tier, you may connect up to 10 simultaneous devices (Starter) or unlimited simultaneous devices (Paben One & One+) belonging to you or members of your immediate household.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we operate high-availability 10 Gbps WireGuard nodes with 99.9% uptime, Paben VPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
