We are committed to delivering high-speed, secure, and uninterrupted VPN connectivity. To prevent policy abuse while protecting legitimate customers, our refund program operates on a fair tiered structure based on service validity.
If requested within the first 15 days of purchase, you will receive a 50% (half amount) refund based on remaining validity.
If requested between days 16 to 20 (or for 1-Year / 2-Year long term plans after Day 15), eligible for 20% partial refund.
To protect from service abuse (e.g. using 28–29 days of a 30-day plan), monthly plans past 20 days cannot be refunded.
1. Tiered Refund Eligibility Rules
To ensure fair access to server bandwidth and dedicated IP routing, refunds are calculated as follows:
- 1 to 15 Days after purchase: 50% refund of the total purchase amount. Server allocation and traffic bandwidth fees account for the balance.
- 16 to 20 Days (Monthly) or Long-Term Plans (1-Year & 2-Year): 20% refund of the total subscription cost.
- After Day 20 (for 30-day monthly plan): Strictly non-refundable. Subscriptions consumed past the 20-day threshold cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. How to Claim Your Refund
Claiming a refund is quick and straightforward:

- Provide your registered account email and invoice / transaction ID.
- Our support team will verify remaining validity and process your eligible refund within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Refund Processing Methods

4. Abuse Prevention & Exclusions
Accounts terminated due to severe violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (such as abusive DDoS, fraud, distributed spamming, or fraudulent gateway chargebacks) forfeit their right to any refund.
